REQUIRED to attend training sessions and spiritual formations
experiences, per diocesan guidelines.

Accompanists
(Time and Talent #153)
Pianists, organists, and guitarists
are always needed to accompany cantors and small vocal ensembles at
Sunday Liturgies and special occasions. Audition required; we will
provide specialized training in liturgical accompaniment. Regular
rehearsals, rotating Sunday liturgy and special occasions as
needed.
Other Instrumentalists
(Time and Talent #154)
Other instrumentalists (woodwinds,
brass, strings, percussion, etc.) are invited to share their gifts
with the parish for special liturgies, seasonal celebrations (e.g.,
Christmas and Easter seasons) and special occasions. Audition
required.
Cantors
(Time and Talent #150)
Act as psalmists and lead the
congregation in hymns and acclamations. Strong vocal skills and an
enthusiastic, inviting presence are needed. Audition required, but
previous cantoring experience not needed. Regular rehearsals,
rotating Sunday liturgy, special occasions as needed.
Adult Choir

This 4-part mixed choir ministers
at Sunday liturgies September-May/June and special occasions
throughout the year. Ability to read music is helpful, but not a
requirement.
Weekly Wednesday rehearsals
September-May, one Sunday liturgy/week and special occasions.
Guitar Group
(Time and Talent #152)
This mixed instrumental (guitars,
bass, percussion) and vocal ensemble ministers at a Sunday liturgy
once a month, as well as for special occasions. Ability to read
music is helpful, but not a requirement. Typically one rehearsal
and liturgy per month, plus special occasions.

Children’s Choir
(Time and Talent #1001)
This choir provides music at 6-8
Sunday liturgies and special liturgies (e.g. Christmas, Palm Sunday,
Mothers’ Day). Open to grades 3-8 (highly motivated younger children
admitted with director's permission). Typically 3-4 rehearsals
before each liturgy. Rehearsals October through May on Wednesdays.
Teen Ensemble
(Time and
Talent #2001)
This mixed vocal and instrumental ensemble provides contemporary
music at various Sunday liturgies and special occasions
September/October through May. The ensemble is open to grades
7-12. Typically 2-3 rehearsals and 1 Sunday liturgy per month.
